Scott was locked out until documentation is provided regarding OSHA 10 and 30 that were conducted in early 2018. WC 1/8/19 After discussion with Kitren at OSHA Director meeting.  the claims that were made against Scott could not be substantiated therefore he is being unlocked. WC 07/13/2019
